Customer understands airlines and other service providers require the name and date of birth provided to match the details on Customer's passport. A copy of each Customer's passports must be submitted to The Travel Butler LLC before any arrangements requiring a passport can be booked. Customer acknowledges all passengers have or will obtain a passport that is valid for at least 6 months after travel return date. It is the Customer's responsibility to notify The Travel Butler LLC of any changes to passport information. These terms apply to all future transactions by Customer.
